All retailers are required to be a brick-and mortar location (retail or warehouse) and have a professional appearance at that location and online. NVU has a 4-tier program that is based on annual volume and buy-ins. All pricing is standard percentages off jobber so you know what your margins are. Pricing is monitored for MAP compliance. NVU has the absolute best pricing scale available anywhere.

Quality:
Each NVU product is hand assembled and tested in Detroit, MI by folks who have undergone extensive training for up to 6 months before they work on their own. Each product is calibrated and tested, not bulk built and spot-checked.
Nobody is perfect, so when an issue arises, NVU will take care of it whether its a missing or damaged item or a 5 year old item with 100,000 miles, the NVU 5-year warranty and customer service follow-through will handle it all for the end user. NVU will process all warranty claims for the customer rather that the retailer, if there is an issue NVU will take care of it promptly. Items that come in for warranty work generally are turned around in 24-48 hours.
With a warranty rate of .2% (yes there is a decimal in front of the 2) NVU can claim the lowest rate in the industry.

NEW VINTAGE POLICIES AND PRICING PROGAMS Here at New Vintage, we believe that everyone that is willing to partner with us should have the opportunity to grow their business as we grow ours. That’s why we offer a graduated pricing program that offers you the opportunity to increase your purchasing power as time goes on. What’s even better is you maintain your pricing on a 12 month cycle, not annually.
LEVEL 2 PRICING: STOCKING DISTRIBUTOR: 20% off JOBBER PRICING. $2500.00 Buy-in, maintain $7500.00 in purchases over a 12-month period. LEVEL1 PRICING: WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTOR:
30% off jobber pricing. $5000 buy-in, maintain $30,000 in purchases over a 12-month period.
To maintain wholesale distributor ship you must be actively promoting New Vintage products through web, shows, catalogs and advertising.
DROP SHIP FEE: New Vintage will drop ship to your accounts for a $10 fee, plus applicable freight charges.
FREIGHT: Prepaid freight on all orders over $1500.00. PAYMENT TERMS: Standard terms are Net 30 Days from date of invoice on accounts with approved credit, otherwise all orders will be sent cash in advance of shipment. 10 -15 cash discounts are available for those accounts in good credit standing. CO-OP: Earn up to 3% credit for cooperative local advertising. RETURNS AND WARRANTY: Returns from the end user should be handled by the distributor. Any item returned by the distributor to the manufacturer for any reason must be approved by New Vintage, and requires a return authorization number. All consumer warranty claims should be handled directly by New Vintage.
Product stock adjustments must be pre-approved by New Vintage and an equal value offsetting order must be placed at time of return. A 15% restocking fee may apply to all products that may be exchanged. All returns for cash will be adjusted to the appropriate price level if it applies.
ORDER TIMING: Most items ship within 48 hours. Larger orders items may take 10-14 days. Special order, custom build and private label order timelines will be quoted-call for details.
SAMPLES: Samples provided at your price level. Pre-distributorship samples are available at retail, and revert to distributor pricing with approved application. Credit for sample pricing will be applied to your account. PRIVATE LABEL AND CUSTOM PRICING: All custom and private label must be quoted. Standard pricing rates apply and it is very basic to determine pricing. Your distributor level pricing for a gauge set plus dials, plus artwork time plus any special fabrication/paint time. MAP POLICY: To protect the profitability of our distributors who promote, stock and distribute product and maintain a premium product image, the following policy is put into effect: New Vintage prohibits advertising retail items below jobber price.
