Over the years, we've frequently heard from customers using American Autowire (AAW) rewiring kits, particularly regarding integrating our 3 wire NVU speed sending unit.

We understand that wiring can be a bit daunting, and we're here to make it as easy as possible.

The most common question we receive is how to seamlessly connect the NVU speed sender to the AAW harness.

The good news is, it's quite straightforward! AAW kits often have wires already running to the dash, simplifying the process.

Here's a simple breakdown of the connections:

1. AAW Purple Wire (Signal from sender) connects to NVU Speed Sender WHITE wire.

2. AAW Purple/White Wire (12V for sender) connects to NVU Speed Sender RED wire.

3. AAW Yellow Wire (Ground) connects to NVU Speed Sender BLACK wire.

Essentially, you're matching the signal, power, and ground wires between the AAW harness and the NVU speed sender.
